Your SMB is one of the most important pieces of safety gear you carry, but many divers only think about it when they actually need it.
You can inflate it orally, connect it to your low pressure inflator hose, or use your octo to fill an open bottom SMB. Each method works, but the key is practicing before you ever need it in current, boat traffic, or low visibility.
